Who We Are

Your Hosts

Welcome! We are a family of four generations that have been enjoying the Great Smoky Mountains for many, many years. We decided a few years ago that if we needed to find a house big enough for our family of 20, then maybe other families needed large houses to accommodate their gathering. We have 3 large houses in our portfolio and one small house in town. We love the GSMNP and spend most of our time there. We often make a trip to Dollywood but always have a picnic at the Chimneys Picnic Area and float the stream at Metcalf Bottoms. We've done it ALL in the Smokies, so if you have any questions, just call! We will personally answer the phone!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your check-in and check-out time?
Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am.
Can I get an early check-in?
We can only confirm an early check-in the week of your stay. There are many "ifs" that go into that decision. If the previous guest leaves "on-time"; If the cleaning team can get the house cleaned and ready for your arrival; if there are no repairs that have to be completed before you arrive. We will absolutely do our best to accommodate your requested early arrival but there are many factors that go into that happening.
Do you allow pets?
The quick answer is that we cannot accommodate a pet in our home due to allergies. The longer answer is: We do allow service animals if there is a reason for the service animal and the animal has been trained to assist their master. This includes that the service animal will never be left in the house alone and there is an additional cleaning fee applicable for a "deep-clean" to assure that we can maintain allergy-free conditions in the house.
How many parking spots are there?
There is adequate parking based on the house size. Each house can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.

Our group stay was at the chalet was great!! The only issue we ran into was a hot tub that wasnt warming and a TV that had not been hooked up for viewing, but Lynn was very apologetic. She was the best host we have ever had and answered all our questions promptly. The chalet was one of the nicest any of us has ever stayed in and the location and view was amazing. Do yourself a favor and book this if it is on your list!!! Thank you Bill and Lynn, we will be booking again in the future

This was one of the nicest, if not THE nicest places I’ve ever stayed! The pictures on the listing are great, but do not do the house justice. We were amazed when we walked in. Everything is as advertised or better. 10/10, will definitely stay again!

First of all, the host communicates very well and is super responsive. Access to the property was easy, and the amenities were great. However, the property does not have a gas grill, and the charcoal grill is not in good shape. I believe it’s time for the host to address this. The hot tub was very clean, and we really enjoyed it. The property is spacious, comfortably accommodated all 15 of us, and even has extra beds. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great experience.

We took 17 people on a 4 night stay during the Snow of Jan-Feb 2026. We didn't leave the cabin for 2 days but, we had the very best time! This cabin is beautiful and has everything you need. 4 small children and the teenagers were never bored. We had some wonderful family time. Will book again!!

If you have the opportunity - you MUST stay here. I've been to a lot of cabins here and in other areas. This one far surpasses them all. Everything in the cabin is luxurious - the bathrooms, the kitchen, the beds, the theater - all of it. Lynn was extremely quick to respond to questions that we had and went way beyond to make sure we were taken care of. There was a winter storm while we were here and our safety was her top priority - which was so wonderful to all of us. I'll come back here. Already looking at dates for the next trip.
