Who We Are

Your Hosts

Welcome! We are a family of four generations that have been enjoying the Great Smoky Mountains for many, many years. We decided a few years ago that if we needed to find a house big enough for our family of 20, then maybe other families needed large houses to accommodate their gathering. We have 3 large houses in our portfolio and one small house in town. We love the GSMNP and spend most of our time there. We often make a trip to Dollywood but always have a picnic at the Chimneys Picnic Area and float the stream at Metcalf Bottoms. We've done it ALL in the Smokies, so if you have any questions, just call! We will personally answer the phone!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your check-in and check-out time?
Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am.
Can I get an early check-in?
We can only confirm an early check-in the week of your stay. There are many "ifs" that go into that decision. If the previous guest leaves "on-time"; If the cleaning team can get the house cleaned and ready for your arrival; if there are no repairs that have to be completed before you arrive. We will absolutely do our best to accommodate your requested early arrival but there are many factors that go into that happening.
Do you allow pets?
The quick answer is that we cannot accommodate a pet in our home due to allergies. The longer answer is: We do allow service animals if there is a reason for the service animal and the animal has been trained to assist their master. This includes that the service animal will never be left in the house alone and there is an additional cleaning fee applicable for a "deep-clean" to assure that we can maintain allergy-free conditions in the house.
How many parking spots are there?
There is adequate parking based on the house size. Each house can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.

Beautiful place! Had a great view of Anakeesta and the beautiful mountain range. We spent the weekend over J4 so we saw beautiful fireworks as well. Lynn was also very responsive with all of our questions. We enjoyed the whole place! We will definitely rent their place again!

We had a wonderful stay at Eagles Landing! There was plenty of space for our group of 18 (9 adults and 9 kids ranging in ages 3-15 years old). If you have little kids that you prefer to bunk in a room with parents, at least two of the rooms were large enough for a queen size air mattress, which we did for our littles. The house came stocked with plenty of toilet paper, dish washer fluid and laundry detergent for our 6 night/7 day stay. There was also plenty of dishes, Tupperware, silverware, and pots and pans for cooking every night. There is a HUGE double wide fridge/freezer on the main level with a water dispenser inside the fridge and a separate ice maker. The middle level also has a fridge and freezer.Our kids loved playing the pool area, which is equipped with beach towels. The pool also locks at all doors which is important for water safety when you have little ones running around. By far the most exciting part of our stay were the BEARS! We saw so many bears on the property that we lost count. We spent multiple days driving in to the park. With the exception of the Cades Cove Loop, we did not see any bears in the national park. However, as soon as we were on the road leading up to the house we almost always encountered a bear along the route and they visited the house regularly. Front door, back deck, climbing fences and in trees. Truly magical to see so many bears, including cubs. I was hopeful we would see bears but nothing could have prepared us for this.

This property was amazing. Stunning views, fully stocked with everything. Super high quality on everything in home. I would give it 10 stars. Great location to down town, just a 5 minute drive or so down the hill. Fantastic layout inside. Sunsets were amazing from this mountain top home.

We just finished a four day stay here. It was wonderful. We had 16 people aged 3-76. It was great for everyone. The elevator made it possible for the older ones to join us at the pool and fire pit. I don't think without the elevator that they could have made it down the steps to the lower levels. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable that you would need. The kitchen had a very large refrigerator, the second level had in everyday size refrigerator and the lower floor had a drink fridge in the pool area. That was very nice to save you from going up and down the stairs to the kitchen all the time. The grandkids spent about half of the time in the pool. It was wonderful to have full access to a pool at all times. It was nice to not have to go to a clubhouse for the kids to swim. The grown kids enjoyed watching Jaws on the large TV in the pool area while they swam in evening time. The views were beautiful. I enjoyed watching the sunset from the decks and we got some wonderful pictures and so many memories. My only issues are the following. 1. All the millepedes. 2. They are not joking when they say to keep your car locked because of bear. They did not bother our cars because we followed the rules and locked it, but the neighbor had a bear come up and open their door and go into their car. 3. The trip was over fast to quickly. Thank you for the wonderful stay. It created memories to last a lifetime.

Our family of 12 loved the house, porches were fantastic with plenty of seating, and Adults as well as the Children loved the swimming pool (which is much bigger than the photos). Views were fantastic and yes we saw bears every day. The details, accommodations, fully equipped kitchen all complete Lynn and Bill are so responsive to any questions or even the minor of issues. I definitely recommend “Eagles Landing Lodge”.

EAGLES Landing is a fantastic house for a family with children, or not! The whole communication process was efficient and so responsive. We loved it! The home had 6 large bedrooms each with attached bathrooms, plus more sleeping areas, if needed! Meal time was easy with the full size freezer and refrigerator plus another full size refrig/freezer, and separate ice maker. All appliances were there for everything from espresso to waffles! Doordash delivers there, too. We wanted for nothing.The pool and hot tub were especially loved by all! Many hours of entertainment and energy were expended there, and on the 3 wrap around decks watching the bears and and the scenery of Anakeesta and sunsets. The views are amazing!The home is just 5 minutes from Gatlinburg, the Fork River Loop and a few more minutes to all the attractions of Gatlinburg and Dolly. We will not hesitate to go again to see everything we did not fit in this trip. There is so much to do! Family loved it and raved about the accommodations.

The house was beautiful, clean, and the location was close to everything we needed. We had a group of 20 and the house still felt big. Be cautious if you’re afraid of heights or bears, because you couldn’t beat the views and visits from the wildlife was a daily occurrence. Heavily recommend using Bear Paw Taxi as although it’s only 10mins from the strip, the roads are quite steep and the windy getting to the house, so it was nice having someone familiar with the area driving us around. Lynn was a great host and was super responsive every time i messaged her. A couple folks within our group are already talking about coming back with their own families!

We brought our children and grandchildren to Gatlinburg for Mother’s Day weekend trip. There are 20 of us now and we found the home very comfortable. Numerous family members stated that this home was our favorite place to stay so far. The view was amazing and the bears kept it lively. On a practical note, we’ve stayed in many cabins over the years and this cabin was the first cabin we’ve stayed in where walking on a top floor did not create a loud noise with creaking boards and just loud noise in general to the floors below. This was so wonderful!

This “cabin” was fantastic, with beautiful views, and the owners were wonderful to deal with. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking, and plenty of towels, even for hot tub use. There was lots of sleeping space and each room had a full bath. Our favorite family time was sitting around the large fire pit. You will not be disappointed!

First of all, the host communicates very well and is super responsive. Access to the property was easy, and the amenities were great. However, the property does not have a gas grill, and the charcoal grill is not in good shape. I believe it’s time for the host to address this. The hot tub was very clean, and we really enjoyed it. The property is spacious, comfortably accommodated all 15 of us, and even has extra beds. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great experience.

Lynn was an amazing host. my husband asked a lot of questions before we arrived and she answered them all. The recommendation for breakfast had my daughter's wanting pancakes to take home with us. Lynn was available during our stay for any additional questions that arose. The house was clean, neat, beautifully decorated, and just had that home away from home feeling. The hot tub was the best way to wind down after our long days at a dance competition and exploring the town. We would definitely stay again at Bear Hollow or any place that Lynn owns.

The host had extras that we don’t typically find in rentals including laundry detergent, coffee pods and grounds, sugar and hand soap in all bathrooms.
