What is your check-in and check-out time?

Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am.

Can I get an early check-in?

We can only confirm an early check-in the week of your stay. There are many "ifs" that go into that decision. If the previous guest leaves "on-time"; If the cleaning team can get the house cleaned and ready for your arrival; if there are no repairs that have to be completed before you arrive. We will absolutely do our best to accommodate your requested early arrival but there are many factors that go into that happening.

The quick answer is that we cannot accommodate a pet in our home due to allergies. The longer answer is: We do allow service animals if there is a reason for the service animal and the animal has been trained to assist their master. This includes that the service animal will never be left in the house alone and there is an additional cleaning fee applicable for a "deep-clean" to assure that we can maintain allergy-free conditions in the house.

How many parking spots are there?

There is adequate parking based on the house size. Each house can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.

Soaring Eagle exceeded our expectations for our family of 16. The views are amazing from all 3 levels and all 3 sides. We even experienced a rainbow, BELOW us. The layout accommodated the needs for 14 month toddlers needing a nap, to 70 year old grandparents having access to an elevator. The well equipped kitchens (indoor and outdoor) allowed for meals enjoyed by all. Be prepared for bear encounters, that create both excitement and entertainment. While they did gain access to accidentally unlocked cars, no damage was caused. As long as you do not leave food in the vehicles and lock your doors, there is nothing to worry about. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 40 years, and Soaring Eagle offers every amenity you need during your home away from home visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Eagles Landing! There was plenty of space for our group of 18 (9 adults and 9 kids ranging in ages 3-15 years old). If you have little kids that you prefer to bunk in a room with parents, at least two of the rooms were large enough for a queen size air mattress, which we did for our littles. The house came stocked with plenty of toilet paper, dish washer fluid and laundry detergent for our 6 night/7 day stay. There was also plenty of dishes, Tupperware, silverware, and pots and pans for cooking every night. There is a HUGE double wide fridge/freezer on the main level with a water dispenser inside the fridge and a separate ice maker. The middle level also has a fridge and freezer.Our kids loved playing the pool area, which is equipped with beach towels. The pool also locks at all doors which is important for water safety when you have little ones running around. By far the most exciting part of our stay were the BEARS! We saw so many bears on the property that we lost count. We spent multiple days driving in to the park. With the exception of the Cades Cove Loop, we did not see any bears in the national park. However, as soon as we were on the road leading up to the house we almost always encountered a bear along the route and they visited the house regularly. Front door, back deck, climbing fences and in trees. Truly magical to see so many bears, including cubs. I was hopeful we would see bears but nothing could have prepared us for this.

We just finished a four day stay here. It was wonderful. We had 16 people aged 3-76. It was great for everyone. The elevator made it possible for the older ones to join us at the pool and fire pit. I don't think without the elevator that they could have made it down the steps to the lower levels. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable that you would need. The kitchen had a very large refrigerator, the second level had in everyday size refrigerator and the lower floor had a drink fridge in the pool area. That was very nice to save you from going up and down the stairs to the kitchen all the time. The grandkids spent about half of the time in the pool. It was wonderful to have full access to a pool at all times. It was nice to not have to go to a clubhouse for the kids to swim. The grown kids enjoyed watching Jaws on the large TV in the pool area while they swam in evening time. The views were beautiful. I enjoyed watching the sunset from the decks and we got some wonderful pictures and so many memories. My only issues are the following. 1. All the millepedes. 2. They are not joking when they say to keep your car locked because of bear. They did not bother our cars because we followed the rules and locked it, but the neighbor had a bear come up and open their door and go into their car. 3. The trip was over fast to quickly. Thank you for the wonderful stay. It created memories to last a lifetime.

EAGLES Landing is a fantastic house for a family with children, or not! The whole communication process was efficient and so responsive. We loved it! The home had 6 large bedrooms each with attached bathrooms, plus more sleeping areas, if needed! Meal time was easy with the full size freezer and refrigerator plus another full size refrig/freezer, and separate ice maker. All appliances were there for everything from espresso to waffles! Doordash delivers there, too. We wanted for nothing.The pool and hot tub were especially loved by all! Many hours of entertainment and energy were expended there, and on the 3 wrap around decks watching the bears and and the scenery of Anakeesta and sunsets. The views are amazing!The home is just 5 minutes from Gatlinburg, the Fork River Loop and a few more minutes to all the attractions of Gatlinburg and Dolly. We will not hesitate to go again to see everything we did not fit in this trip. There is so much to do! Family loved it and raved about the accommodations.

Be cautious if you’re afraid of heights or bears, because you couldn’t beat the views and visits from the wildlife was a daily occurrence. Heavily recommend using Bear Paw Taxi as although it’s only 10mins from the strip, the roads are quite steep and the windy getting to the house, so it was nice having someone familiar with the area driving us around. We brought our children and grandchildren to Gatlinburg for Mother’s Day weekend trip. There are 20 of us now and we found the home very comfortable. Our group of five families with teens loved this property! Plenty of space to spread out and do your own thing or to hang out and socialize. Our teens loved the downstairs game room and played hours of video games in the cinema room. The grown ups used the fire pit and outdoor television almost every night. Cooking for a crowd was easy with two grills and a big kitchen. All 15 of us fit at the tables to eat as well. Communication was friendly and prompt. We had two minor issues that were fixed quickly. One day later and the other families are already missing the place. Coffee on the upper deck with our friends is a priceless memory. The drive up is a little steep but 100% worth it for the silence and the views. We saw a momma bear and three cubs multiple times, too. Book this place. You won’t regret it!

First of all, the host communicates very well and is super responsive. Access to the property was easy, and the amenities were great. However, the property does not have a gas grill, and the charcoal grill is not in good shape. I believe it’s time for the host to address this. The hot tub was very clean, and we really enjoyed it. If you have the opportunity - you MUST stay here. I've been to a lot of cabins here and in other areas. This one far surpasses them all. Everything in the cabin is luxurious - the bathrooms, the kitchen, the beds, the theater - all of it. Hot tub was good. Bears were on the hunt for food, we had at least 7 bear encounters. The views of Annakeesta were gorgeous, especially at night. The doors have bear proof locks but he was a big one and opened the door about an inch and we scared him off. The first level had 2 beautiful king suites. There was an upper level play room and an upper level office area. The 2nd level had pool table and with theater seating. There were 3 more rooms for sleeping on this level. It was very spacious and stocked well. The lower level had another suite and the pool. The only issue here was my door code would only open one entrance to the pool so we had to use the elevator to go down to get into the pool area. Pool area was very comfortable and fun. I would highly recommend these accommodations. So much fun!!!! Lynn was awesome.

Also the location was almost at the very top of a mountain so we had beautiful views. We had a two minor cleaning issues when we arrived and the property manager addressed them immediately. She was excellent in communication! We all enjoyed seeing bears every day, especially the Mom with the two playful cubs. It was a short drive to Gatlinburg for groceries, shopping, and activities. We have stayed in a lot of different cabins in and around Gatlinburg and this one by far met and exceeded our expectations! Everything we needed for our party of 17 was available in the cabin. Kitchen was well supplied with plenty of pots ,pans ,plates ,silverware and everything else we needed to be comfortable. We had enough towels for everyone including the spas! The outside space was amazing with great views and nice gathering spaces on every level. The children loved the movie room and game room. The highlight of the week were the daily visits from the bears! Mom and her 3 cubs were a favorite! We have never seen so many bears of every shape and size! ( Of course we viewed them from a distance and got some great photos!) Highly recommend this cabin.

Where do I start? We vacationed with our four adult kids and their spouses (no grandkids yet) and this home was absolutely perfect! So spacious but cozy at the same time. We loved it was decorated for Christmas and I especially loved sitting in the living room at night with only the lights of the tree and the fire going. And the view! Looking across the valley at night at the lights of Gatlinburg was so pretty!The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds super comfortable. It’s so nice every bedroom has its own private bath. The half bath and laundry on the main floor were convenient, too.The kitchen is a cook’s dream come true…so well appointed! We had our Thanksgiving (a little late) while there and everything we needed to prepare our meal was already there! Lynn thought of it all when equipping the kitchen. The party spa, theater room, and game area were an added bonus the kids made good use of! We’ve been coming to the area for several years and we’ve never seen the bears so active…they passed by every day which we absolutely loved!If you’re looking for a phenomenal home for your family vacation that’s super convenient but well off the beaten path (not to mention beautiful), please don’t miss out on Vista Lodge. We absolutely loved the newest cabin of Smoky Mountains Vacations Eagles Landing Lodge! The cabin has the most amazing views, incredible amenities (our favorite is the pool) and everything else you could imagine for a vacation. Just bring your necessities and go relax by the fire pit or sit in the hot tub, watch a football game or movie on the 100" TV in the theatre area, drive five minutes down to Gatlinburg, go on a hike to a waterfall, we did it all. There is just too much to list! This cabin by far supersedes other typical cabins, it is well worth the money. We can't wait to go back next year. If your group is too big for this cabin, then get their sister cabin next door also. They are both easily connected by walkways. See you guys next year!

Our family of six, my in-laws, and my sisters family of 4 loved this location. Honestly, we could’ve had one or maybe even two more families. The view is really beautiful. It’s closer to Gatlinburg than I thought which I think overall is a plus. Every single day we had bears visit the property. There was a mother and two cubs, and there was an adolescent male. It was one of the highlights of the trip. We are so close to the national park at this house. I think that increases the likelihood. The hot tubs were a huge hit. Overall the house is a definite win. This is the nicest place that we have stayed at in the 7 year annual stays in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. Loved that all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were similar, so that we all felt like we were staying in master suites. Loved the large hot tub and towels provided for that. We appreciated the size of the fridge, the double oven, the extra items in the kitchen to allow us to cook practically anything we would make at home. We were also pleasantly surprised by things that we have never had, like soap dispensers in the bathrooms and enough supplies of all of the little things we would need. We did have a bit of an issue and someone came quickly to look at the issue and address any problems we had. What a great cabin and owners. Thank you so much!

It was SO CLEAN, everything described perfectly, so much space for 20ish people. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen. House is beautiful, I agree with the other ratings that the home is much nicer than the pictures on the listing. BUT, I had to contact the Property Manager for the access information to the home and received it the morning our rental started. Typically I receive the information 1-2 days prior to our rental starting. This was concerning due to the reception in the mountains and that everyone was coming from out of state. The amenities are what sold this place due to the ages of our group from 8 to 82. We could not use the theater, Xbox, or even check the weather/information on Gatlinburg on our phones/computers and the alarm did not work which we felt uncomfortable leaving the house unattended with our personal belongings in the home. So made sure someone stayed behind when we ventured out. I contacted the Property Manager again, late Monday and did not hear back from her until Tuesday around 8:35 pm so the Wi-Fi and alarm did not get fixed until Wednesday (morning for the alarm and the Wi-Fi after 4::00pm). This did not leave us much time to enjoy the amenities since we were leaving on Friday. We were not compensated at all for not being able to access these amenities and the alarm issue. There was trash behind the nightstand in one of the bedrooms On the second floor, which can happen from time to time…. Pretty disappointed. I rent from VRBO 1-2 times a year for several years and this Property Manager was the least responsive.

Finally got around to reviewing this property and I am more than happy to say it was a very positive experience. It was about a 5 minute ride from Gatlinburg. It was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, we didn't hear anything loud noises during our stay. The rooms were all nice and cozy. Everything was clean and there was a binder with all the information we needed. Our only complaint is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working for us. Not sure if it was just a problem on our part or not. But regardless, we absolutely recommend this house to others.

Our littles enjoyed the bunk room and everyone loved the hot tub! The location is very convenient and provides easy access to driving downtown or out to the grocery and arts community. The living room couch is great and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Both bathrooms are renovated and so nice; showers only so keep that in mind if you require a bath tub. This was my group's second time staying in Meredith's cabin (the first was March 2017), and once again it didn't disappoint. The location is scenic, quiet, and secluded. The cabin is gorgeous and invokes a relaxed mood. There are also lots of TVs and a hot tub for nighttime relaxation. Meredith was easy to reach via call and text, and she was very sweet. We will definitely be renting this cabin again in the future :)

Great house in a great location. The location was really convenient and thanks to Waze, we were able to get to anywhere we wanted to go while bypassing the traffic craziness in Gatlinburg. Great donut shop and breakfast place at the bottom of the hill (the kids and I walked down there).

Sometimes processes and routines don't go as they should and how you handle adversity tells a lot about your character. When the cleaning crew doesn't arrive on time, it backs up checkin time of weary travelers who've driven xx hours and don't have anywhere to just "sit and wait". When the door lock doesn't work and travelers are rushing out for a most anticipated banquet, a kind soul shows up with a key. The accommodations were as expected and plush, and the management proved fair and reactive. I'd go here again without a doubt!

Great location. It's a quiet spot. The house had an open living room/dining/kitchen. The space was great. We had two babies with us so we couldn't use the big fireplace, but it was all set up to use. Just wish it had some kind of safety grate around it. I got up around 4:30am because the spot light was coming on out back and got to see a beautiful, rare red wolf. It was amazing :)

The house is spacious and the layout great! We loved sitting on the porch and even had a bear visit (at a safe distance) the first evening, which was our favorite part of the whole weekend. Everything was clean and all the necessities were provided. Great location just off the parkway, but not on the end that tends to get overly crowded so we were able to easily move to the grocery store and other areas with ease. Meredith was easily reachable and pleasant when I called and texted with questions. I would gladly stay here again!

This is a great place to stay if you are in the Gatlinburg area. You are a couple of miles away from the main strip in Gatlinburg so you have some of the peace and quiet you aren't going to find downtown. The house is nice and there is plenty of room for everybody to feel comfortable. I don't think we would have any hesitations about staying at Meredith's place again.

We used this house for our friend’s bachelorette party to go to Dollywood. The pictures don’t do it justice! The house is so cute and well laid out for a large group. Private bedrooms and a large and welcoming common area. Meredith is a fantastic house, always very responsive and attentive. She extended checkout for us when I locked my keys in the car and had to call triple A! If I ever return to this area I’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a group outing and we were very happy. The space "feels" a little bigger than it seemed in the pictures. All the adult rooms had TVs and other nice things (they even had a coffee grinder, to go with the coffee maker, which I thought was a nice touch.) Plenty of little things that made the stay great. It was lovely and I would definitely recommend it to a friend, we may even come back and stay again.

This house was great for our family of 8. It was comfortable and every child had a bed in a room. It is in a great location, halfway between the downtown area and the arts and crafts area. The Gatlinburg area is recovering nicely from the fire. The houses around this house were burnt out, but the green is taking back control of the area so it did not feel repressive. This house is nestled in a lush green corner with a big yard, and for now there is a privacy afforded to this house because the neighboring houses were destroyed. We are so glad we stayed in the house and left feeling refreshed and relaxed.

We stayed for a long weekend to enjoy Gatlinburg. I was pleased with how close the house was to the fun of Gatlinburg but it was away from the traffic and congestion. Everything was comfortable, clean, and in working order. We enjoyed the hot tub to relax after a busy day. The kitchen was large and well stocked but we mostly ate at the great restaurants that are nearby. There was ample space for my family of 4 and my friends family of 3. The kids loved the bunk bed room! It was quiet and safe enough for the kids to play in the yard of the house. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends in the future!

The description of the house is accurate & the location is fantastic. There were a few hiccups along the way, however Meridith & her very sweet granddad were beyond fantastic to communicate with & solved the issue very quickly. Sadly this area did see some damage from the fire, however this home by the grace of God survived & is safe! We enjoyed our stay here & overall our group of 8 was very happy & pleased with our accomadations. We've been vacationing in the smokies for 11 years & this is the first time we've used an air bnb for our house, very glad we did.

A lovely spacious house close to the town of Gatlinburg (and walkable is you are OK with walking 25 minutes) but far enough away to be out of the weekend craziness. Easy access to the National Park too. We easily drove from there to Cades Cove, Clingman Dome and to the very nearby Greenbrier which was lovely with spring flowers. The pancake house at the bottom of the hill was also great! The house is very comfortable and is great for families with a room of bunk beds and the hot tub was a great addition. Well equipped with kitchen items, grill, a couple of games, TV etc. Just missing a few homely essentials to ease the shopping for groceries burden such as olive oil, some tea/coffee, sufficient dish washer tablets and clothes washing liquid etc. Not a spoiler of a great weekend - was just a frustration after staying in many Air BnBs where these things are usually available.

Our stay at Bear Hollow was a great experience! This was many of my travel mates' first times staying in an AirBnb-booked place, and they were blown away with the comfort of it compared to a hotel. We loved being able to cook our own meals and not have to eat fast-food constantly, the hot tub was amazing, and we loved even having a washer and dryer on site! We even got to do "hikes" by walking up the roads surrounding the cabin to get exercise and see the scenery. Whenever we had a question, I was able to text Meredith and get a response back quickly; she was super helpful! We will definitely be keeping Bear Hollow in mind for our next trip to Gatlinburg :)
